What's On in Term 2 2018: Wind Down With An ATM At The End Of Your Busy Working Week

           Easy Beginner's Awareness Through Movement classes for 8 weeks from April 6 to May 25.

           Friday evenings from 6pm to 7pm.

Class location is at Ka-Sa, 125 Edgevale Road, Kew. On-street parking is available outside the premises.

The Feldenkrais Method is a great way to rejuvenate your whole body and mind at the end of a tiring week.

There's no better way of letting go of your habitual work routine than changing how you move.

It's Friday evening and you're invited to unravel the accumulation of stress and tension after hours of sitting concentrating at your computer.

Take one hour out of your schedule to re-awaken your vitality and move into life.

If you have not experienced the relaxation and reinvigoration from moving in the Feldenkrais way before, this might be just the thing for you.

Lessons help you to move with greater ease, deepen your understanding of how to move with less effort and reduce fatigue.

You can pay on the day or pay for the whole 8 week series of lessons.
A single lesson fee is $20 and to attend the whole 8 week series is $120.
Payment can be made in cash or you can pay by card (Fastpay).
Note: please bring 1 or 2 towels, or you may choose to use a blanket.
If you have your own yoga mat please bring it as well.
The centre has carpeting and is well-heated.
On a chilly evening wear 'for warmth' to keep comfortable.
