Group Lessons

Experience basic and gentle ways to increase strength and discover how limber your body can be.

Learning includes how to reduce chronic tension, redistribute physical effort and find more enjoyment and vitality in how you move. Lessons focus on resilience, alignment and flexibility of joints.

We recommend you attend all the classes in a series to maximise your experience and understanding of how the method works. The classes are for anyone whether new to Feldenkrais or not.

Bring your own blanket and mat and 1 or 2 towels to make a pillow to support your head and wear comfortable stretchy attire.
