Better Movement in 2019 Term 1: 

           Lessons focus on the healthy functioning of the legs.            

The Feldenkrais Method is ideal for improving ways to walk more comfortably and improving healthy knee and ankle movement.

Lessons focus on resilience, alignment and flexibility of joints.

Learning includes how to reduce chronic tension, redistribute physical effort and find more enjoyment and vitality in how you move.

Experience basic and gentle ways to increase strength and discover how limber your legs can be.

We recommend you attend all the classes in a series to maximise your experience and understanding of how the method works.

The classes are for anyone whether new to Feldenkrais or not.

Students per class: maximum of 6.

Dates: Fridays 6 - 7pm from March 1st / 8th / 15th to March 22nd.   

Class location is Ka-Sa Crystal Healing Centre, 125 Edgevale Road, Kew.    On-street parking.

Pay per lesson $20 or for the full series $75 / by cash or card.
Bring:  Your own blanket and mat & 1 or 2 towels to make a pillow to support your head.
Wear comfortable stretchy attire.
